Celebrate everything fun about Taylor Swift at the Swifty Sleepover, created exclusively for families! We’re taking over the Embassy Suites ballrooms w/ a schedule of activities 4pm-9pm… afterwards, take the party to your room & enjoy breakfast the next morning! There are only 60 rooms in the block for the Swifty Sleepover so book TODAY!
Activities include: Shake It Off Dance Party, Eras Costume Contest, Taylor Trivia, MirrorBall Photobooth, Bingo (Taylor's Version), Glam Station, Friendship Bracelets & so so much more! (activities subject to change)
Each package includes Swifty Sleepover activities + hotel room for up to FOUR people (this includes children/adults). These are guidelines placed by the hotel that we must follow, no exceptions.
A portion of the proceeds of the Sleepover will go to the KITTIES at Humane CNY. If you'd also like to bring cat food/litter to donate we will accept that as well at check-in.

Hotel Room overnight stay 3/29/25 (King bed w/ pull-out couch)
Access to Swifty Sleepover activities in the ballrooms 4pm-9pm
(4) of Taylors signature Red Heart glasses w/ a welcome bag
Pizza party for participants (alternative food can be brought in if desired)
Happy Hour cocktails 4-6pm (2 per adult, courtesy of the hotel)

Additional Information: Check-in at the hotel is at 3pm on 3/29/25. We will have a table set up to hand out your room keys, breakfast coupons, happy hour tickets, welcome bag & you'll get a bracelet to participate in the Sleepover activities. If you purchase any T-shirts, those will be distributed at check in. The hotel primarily has King Suites which is a king bed & pull out couch - please keep that in mind when booking. Sleepover attendees are allowed to use the hotel pool, but must follow pool rules (capacity limits apply). This event is geared towards 5-12 year old fans! We will release an itinerary by March 1st with a schedule of events from 4pm-9pm.
Guidelines: We ask everyone to be respectful of the hotels rules of their 10pm quiet time, as we are not the only guests in the hotel. We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove a guest from our event for any reason. Adults are expected to be with their children at all times.The Swifty Sleepover, nor the venue where this event is hosted, are responsible for guest's personal property. Please keep your personal items with you at all times. By participating in this event, you specifically release the event and the venue where this event is hosted, from any claims or liabilities of any kind whatsoever, arising from or related to your participation in these activities. In order to participate in the Swifty Sleepover you will need to book the package with us through this website, you will not be able to go directly to the hotel.
